Why do we host training & events?
Our training curriculum is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and resources they need to effectively design, sell, and install heat pumps. Developed in collaboration with utilities, distributors, and manufacturers, the training content is up-to-date and relevant to the industry's needs. Attendees can expect a focus on customer research and trends, sizing and design considerations, incentives and financing opportunities, and tools to support increased sales and installations of heat pump technologies. In-person training events often satisfy the requirements to join the Preferred Contractor Network, a lead generation tool that connects homeowners with quality heat pump installers.
Online Training
Our free online training offers HVAC contractors across the state a convenient and accessible opportunity to complete our air source heat pump curriculum. The trainings are entirely free and can be completed at your own pace, fitting into busy schedules. Getting the Most out of Air Source Heat Pumps in our Cold Climate fulfills the training requirement to join the Preferred Contractor Network.
